Bought this go kart for my 8 year old son.Ordered on friday after very helpful conversation with seller and it arrived monday within the hour allocated slot provided by the courier. It is a perfect go kart for his age very adventurous and sturdy. Would highly recommend.

Bought this go-kart along with the Daytona, both well built go-karts with the ability to dis-engage the pedals so they can free-wheel. both took about 30 minutes to assemble.
Quick delivery, ordered Tuesday morning, received Wednesday lunchtime.

- To free wheel, do you lift up and pull back on the lever or just pull back? Does the car have to be moving to shift to free wheel?
You just pull the lever back to disengage the chain, no you don't need to be moving.
- I see you state free delivery. Is there limitations on this? I live in Co Down and am looking to buy one of these.
We only deliver to the UK Mainland due to the huge courier charges on heavy items, sorry.
- I have seen other kettcars being sold by people and their one looks slightly different and has the kett brand displayed on the front but I can't seem to see that in your image. Please explain and will the car be the exact colour as the image?
Hi, the photo may look different to everyone else, as most websites just display the same manufacturer supplied image as they tend not to actually carry ony stock. We stock the majority of our go-karts and take our own pictures hence the difference. The colour can always vary depending on the device you are viewing our website, the colours are as accurate as we can make them.
- My son is 115cm would he be able to ride the kettler nitro extreme I know it says minimum of 125cm?
Hi, he would certainly grow into it. It's possible it could be ok, it will just mean the legs will be a bit of stretch to reach the pedals, the sizes shown are 'comfortable' so there is some allowance there.
- Does the go-cart need to be built by the purchaser, or does it come ready to go?
It requires some assembly. The wheels are already attached to the frame, the purchaser just needs to attached the seat and steering column/wheel. It takes about 20/30 minutes to build.
- how does the nitro work
It's pedal power, you can disengage the chain using the yellow lever to freewheel.
- On the last picture it shows three sizes what are the price ranges
The last picture is comparing the Kettler Spa, Kettler Daytona and Kettler Nitro, so you can see the difference in size.
- Where is this go kart made? is the metal used -to EU standards?
The go kart is made in Germany and yes it's built to EU standards

The body frame is steel, the seat is plastic.
- Can you ride pedal go karts on the streets or does it have to be parks or private land?
No, they are not street legal only parks and private land.
- How many gears does it have?
Forward and reverse by pedalling, the lever is used for free-wheeling when disengaged.
- Can this kart be used off-road?

Yes it can, it has a nice thick tread for off-roading.
