Delivery & Returns

  • All deliveries are to UK mainland only.
  • All UK mainland orders come with FREE delivery within 7 to 10 days usually sooner. 
  • Next Day Delivery available for an additional fee at the checkout.
  • We do not deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland and outlying Isles

    Scottish Highlands incur a carrier surcharge:(Affected Postcodes - AB30-38, AB41-56, IV1-20, IV25-28, IV30-37, IV40, IV52-54, IV63, FK19-21, KW1-3, KW5-10, PA21-40, PH30-41, PH49-50. Islands (Affected Postcodes: BT, JE, GY, IM, HS1-9, IV41-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA62-76, PH42-44, ZE1-3). Please note we can not guarantee next day delivery to these postcodes.

  • All orders we aim to deliver within 7 to 10 working days, although many items are delivered within a 3 to 5 day timescale.
  • All orders are sent via secure courier delivery, such as Interlink Express, Parcelforce and Royal Mail for smaller items.
  • Additional charges/supply agreements may be made for Outlying postcode areas.
  • All goods are subject to availability; if an item is 'out of stock' you will be contacted immediately so as not to disappoint.

In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt.

If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.

Returns and exchanges


  • We offer a full 7 day money back guarantee.
  • You have 30 days from receipt in which to return your order.
  • You will have to pay the return cost of postage or collection can be arranged at your cost for larger items.

In the unlikely event that you receive your order and you find that it is damaged, then we will be happy to refund or send you a replacement only once the damaged goods have been returned to us and assessed within 7 days. If it has been discovered that the goods have been damaged deliberately we would not be able to offer an exchange or refund.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange, or you have decided not to keep it (cancel your contract):

  • Please contact us within 7 working days from the day of the delivery date
  • Contact us via Email or in writing
  • Return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 30 days of receipt.
  • All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
  • We recommend that all items returned to us to be sent by a signed for delivery method with insurance paid as a minimum or collection can be arranged.
  • If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.
