Is the seat adjustable?

yes it is, there's 4 positions, either move closer or further away from the steering wheel.

Does the seat move without using spanners? Do you have to build the go-cart, or is it shipped ready to use?

Hi, the seat is adjustable, however this does require unbolting the seat underneath, moving it then re-bolting, this is however very easy to do. The Go-Kart does need some assembly, typically the wheels will need to be bolted on, the seat bolted on and the steering wheel attached, in all should take no more than 10 to 20 minutes.
